We're seeking to fill the Office Recruiter and Sourcing Recruiter roles:

Work Location: 77083 or 77022

Office Recruiter

Become the most important person to our most important customer. To drive the connection between the applicants and employers and to be the leader in the office for putting people to work.

  • Ensure the job postings are vetted for accuracy. Office Recruiters are ultimately responsible for every open position within WorkInTexas.
  • Primary Initial Employers Contact -Primary Employer POC
  • Submit vetted job posting to sourcing recruiters and present candidates provided to employer to schedule interviews
  • Imagination and coordination leader for office hiring events.
  • Responsible for being the office SME on employment and employers.
  • Performance Measures:

    • Employer contacts made in a day
    • Candidates presented to managers in a day
    • Percentage of Hot Jobs filled

    Sourcing Recruiter

    Play a pivotal role in talent acquisition process by proactively matching, identifying, engaging, following up, and screening potential candidates to meet the hiring needs of our employers. Your primary job is to ensure Employer satisfaction with the candidates we deliver while being the most important person to our candidates.

  • Collaboration with other recruiting team members to delivery qualified candidates and get them hired.Source candidates from database of customers based on specifically assigned industries.
  • Ensure timely and transparent communication regarding candidate progress and status back to candidates
  • Build and maintain a dynamic and diverse talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs, utilizing various channels, including ATS, other online platforms, social media such as LinkedIn Recruiter, and professional networks, to identify and attract potential candidates.
  • Performance Measures:

    • Volume of unique candidates touched monthly
    • Volume of referrals
    • Referral to interview ratio
    • Interview to hire ratio

    Qualifications

    • High school diploma or higher
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
    • Experience working with Microsoft Office suite
    • High-energy and passion
