We are an online and catalog marketplace offering a curated collection of the finest family of plus size brands and thousands of products.POSITION SUMMARY:The Recruiter will leverage advanced knowledge and expertise in talent acquisition to lead and execute the full recruiting lifecycle for exempt and non-exempt positions across the organization, with a focus on senior-level and management roles (from Director to Team Lead) and specialized operational positions. This position is integral to driving the organization's talent strategy and business objectives by identifying and securing top-tier candidates, improving recruitment processes, and influencing key stakeholders to meet staffing goals. The Recruiter will be expected to utilize discretion and judgment in developing and implementing recruiting strategies that enhance organizational success and reduce turnover.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Design, implement, and manage innovative recruitment strategies for both exempt and non-exempt positions across various functions. This includes senior management recruitment and strategic hiring initiatives for operations and fulfillment centers. Provide guidance to senior leadership on talent needs, market trends, and competitive recruiting strategies.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for key roles, including sourcing, interviewing, and selecting candidates. Utilize advanced methods to attract high-level candidates, assess cultural fit, and ensure alignment with the organization's strategic goals. Execute behavioral and competency-based assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications.
  • Partner with senior leaders across departments to understand departmental goals and staffing needs. Utilize insights from these discussions to refine job descriptions, define key competencies, and establish sourcing strategies that align with long-term organizational growth.
  • Provide expertise to hiring managers on best practices for candidate selection and interview techniques. Lead the creation of job descriptions, develop customized interview frameworks, and guide managers through strategic hiring decisions.
  • Track and analyze key performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and identify areas for improvement. Develop and implement programs to reduce turnover and enhance retention by ensuring the right fit for both the role and the organization.
  • Utilize a combination of sourcing strategies, including advanced social media, networking, headhunting, and talent mapping, to proactively identify and engage passive candidates for key roles. Establish long-term relationships with candidates to create a robust pipeline for current and future openings.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of employment laws and compliance regulations to ensure that recruitment processes adhere to legal and ethical standards. Develop policies and procedures that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion in the hiring process.
  • Represent the organization at career fairs, industry events, and networking opportunities. Build strong relationships with external organizations, universities, and community partners to expand the talent pool and promote the company's brand.
  • Analyze the recruitment process continuously to identify inefficiencies, streamline workflows, and introduce best practices to improve the overall candidate experience and hiring outcomes.
  • Oversee the seamless onboarding of new hires, ensuring alignment with organizational culture and values. Collaborate with HR and Operations teams to ensure smooth transitions and high engagement from new employees.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 2-5 years of Human Resources/Talent Acquisition experience, retail experience preferred.
  • Computer proficient: MS Office skills with emphasis in Outlook & Excel.
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
  • Ability to develop strong working relationships with all levels of the organization
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Highly motivated, self-starter with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and project management skills.
  • Creative, detail-oriented, and organized team player.
  • Desire to grow within recruiting/human resources.
