Recruiter - 24 Seven Talent : Job Details

24 Seven is partnering with a well-known AEC company to help them find a Contract Recruiter to join their team for this remote opportunity. This is a full-time, 4-6 month contract with potential to extend. While on contract you'd be eligible for benefits, including vision, dental, health and more.

*Candidate must live within two hours of Portland, OR for the occasional team get together or all-hands meeting.​*

Ideal Candidate: will have 1-3 years of agency recruiting experience doing high volume sourcing, recruiting and cold calling. AEC experience would be a plus, and UKG Pro experience is a huge plus.

We are seeking a Recruiter with 1-3 years of experience in recruiting, either agency or brand side, to join our team. AEC recruiting experience (construction ops, PMs, general contractor roles) is preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Source and engage top talent through cold calling and proactive outreach
• Manage full-cycle recruiting for AEC roles
• Utilize UKG Pro for applicant tracking and hiring processes
• Stay organized while managing multiple roles and priorities
