Recruiter - Horst Group : Job Details

Horst Construction Services is looking for a talented HR professional to join our team. This position will provide support to our construction and excavating divisions in the areas of recruiting, onboarding, employee relations and other HR functions. • Identifies and implements effective recruiting strategies, including developing external relationships for recruitment pipeline
• Full cycle recruitment for open positions
• Handles employee relations through entire employee lifecycle
• Maintains knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees
• Partners with the Corporate HR department as needed/required
• Provides HR policy guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning and succession planning

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of experience in recruitment and employee relations
• Valid driver's license
• Business acumen
• Relationship management skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and work effectively with employees at all levels of the organization
• Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
