Job Description:

As a Recruiter, you will play a critical role in identifying and placing top talent for our clients. This position requires a high level of energy, adaptability, and strong communication skills. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing and placing candidates while learning the fundamentals of staffing and sales. Success in this role will pave the way for a transition into a sales position within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and engage candidates through various resources, including job boards, social media, networking and referrals.
• Conduct phone screens and virtual interviews to determine whether they are a fit for the open positions.
• Manage job postings and other tools we have, to ensure an active pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Build trust and lasting relationships with your candidates - understanding their career goals, needs and wants.
• Collaborate with the sales team to fulfill clients' requirements.
• Meet and exceed recruitment goals and placement/revenue targets.
• Maintain accurate and organized candidate records in our applicant tracking system.
• Develop industry knowledge and stay up to date on hiring trends.

Qualifications:

• 0-2 years of experience in recruiting, sales, or a related service field.
• Strong communication skills (phone, in-person, and email).
• Competitive mindset with a drive for success.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Adaptability and problem-solving skills.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
