About the role:

As a Recruiter at PayCargo, a leading fintech company revolutionizing the logistics industry, you will play a pivotal role in attracting and securing top talent to drive our growth and innovation. You will oversee talent attraction, workforce planning, and talent acquisition programs, ensuring they are executed effectively using data analytics and performance metrics.

In this role, you will be responsible for the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and engaging top-tier candidates to ensuring a seamless and strategic hiring experience.

This is an individual contributor role, requiring a hands-on, proactive approach to full-cycle recruitment, employer branding, and pipeline development. You will partner closely with hiring managers and leadership to anticipate talent needs, optimize hiring processes, and continuously enhance PayCargo's recruitment strategies.

As the Recruiter, you will:

  • Optimize recruitment processes by implementing best practices to improve efficiency, quality of hire, and candidate experience.
  • Develop and execute a talent acquisition strategy that attracts high-caliber candidates and builds a strong pipeline for future roles.
  • Enhance employer branding efforts to position PayCargo as an employer of choice within the fintech and logistics industries.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, provide guidance, and drive strategic hiring decisions.
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, prescreening, scheduling, interviewing, selection, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
  • Leverage data and analytics to track recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, quality of hire, cost per hire, and source effectiveness, making informed recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Develop and maintain strong talent networks both internally and externally to ensure a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
  • Ensure compliance with hiring policies and procedures, maintaining accuracy and accessibility of recruitment data for reporting and analytics.

Your Toolbox - What You Bring:

  • 5-10 years of broad of successful recruitment experience for technology, sales and management roles.
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or business (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong experience in sourcing candidates through multiple channels, including internet searches, social media, networking, employee referrals, job postings, open houses, and virtual job fairs.
  • Experience designing, developing, and implementing talent management programs, covering performance management, talent development, succession planning, data analytics, and relationship management.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and knowledge of affirmative action plan requirements.
  • Proven ability to analyze and report on employment metrics, leveraging data for strategic hiring decisions to foster organizational growth.
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities with a problem-solving mindset.
  • Keen understanding of recruiting best practices, employment laws, and compliance regulations at the federal, state, and local levels.
