Job Summary: Accountable for successfully recruiting top talent within Schweiger Dermatology Group. This role will have a focus on hiring our Medical Assistant role!

Schedule: Monday - Friday, Business hours.

Travel: While primarily a remote position, employee is required to attend monthly in-office cadence to our NYC office. From time to time, additional in-person team meetings and attending career fairs may be required as well.

Essential Functions:

  • Recruit A Players while following an efficient interview process with a focus on the Medical Assistant role.
  • Fill all assigned jobs within 30 days by working collaboratively with hiring managers and creatively within the community to find top talent.
  • Support turnover rate goal for the year by hiring A Players and high performers.
  • Ensure all recruitment processes are being followed effectively while having autonomy to innovate the process as needed.
  • Responsible for full-cycle recruitment of positions (job postings, interviewing, scheduling hiring manager interviews, offer letters, etc.).
  • Producing comprehensive reports to show deliverables and assigned metrics.
  • Attend Career Fairs and School Programs.
  • Working knowledge and application of HIPAA & OSHA compliance.

Qualifications:

  • 0-2 years' experience in full cycle recruitment field preferred.
  • Healthcare experience strongly preferred.
  • Experience as a Medical Assistant preferred.
  • Medical Assistant Certification preferred.
  • Able to handle a high volume of full-cycle recruitment efforts.
  • Healthcare support recruitment and/or agency experience highly preferred.
  • Experience using an ATS (Applicant Tracking System), Greenhouse or Workday preferred.
  • Computer savvy and proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Exude excellent employee and candidate relationship building skills.
  • Commutable distance to NYC.
  • Agile, fast-paced, and innovative.
  • Can handle confidential and sensitive information.
