Addison Group is partnering with a well-established manufacturing company seeking a Part-Time Recruiter to support their hiring efforts. This role is perfect for a recent graduate or early-career HR professional looking to gain hands-on experience in recruitment.

Job Description:

The Part-Time Recruiter will play a key role in sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for various positions within the company. This role offers flexibility in scheduling and potential remote work based on performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Post job openings on Indeed and other platforms
• Identify and screen potential candidates against job requirements and skillset
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers
• Provide candidate feedback to leadership and HR teams
• Ensure seamless and professional candidate experience

Qualifications:

• At least 6 months of HR or recruiting experience (Internship experience OK)
• Bachelor's Degree preferred, Associate's Degree required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS is a plus
• Strong organizational and communication skills

Additional Details:

• Flexible work schedule: 24 hours per week and choose 3 full days or 5 shorter days
• Hybrid work may be available after training
• One-round interview process with hiring managers
• Three month contract
