Job Title: Technical Recruiter

We are seeking a talented Technical Recruiter that will support specialized hiring for the Amazon University Talent Acquisition (AUTA) team for specific business groups such as AWS, Devices and Services, and Amazon Entertainment.

Responsibilities
  • Partner with senior team members to understand hiring needs.
  • Attract, source, assess, and hire students for niche roles across Amazon.
  • Manage and track all candidate and campus information, consolidate and analyze results, and make recommendations for improvements.
  • Manage customer expectations and business goals with bi-weekly business reviews, metrics, and status updates to customers and stakeholders.
  • Manage end-to-end process administration from headcount-related administrative tasks to requisition creation, sourcing and assessment, interviewer securement, and hiring updates to key stakeholders.
  • Participate in special projects or recruiting initiatives such as pilots and process improvement projects.
    • Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 1-2 years of experience in recruiting, sourcing, project coordination, or talent acquisition

    • This position requires working 5 days onsite in SLU. The work environment is fast-paced, data-driven, and focused on specialized campus skills such as GenAI and Software Engineering Science. The team is high-performing, highly experienced, and passionate about mentoring and coaching.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $38.00 - $38.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
