Recruiter Leading Into SalesOur Recruiters work with our clients and a team of Sales Managers to identify, screen, interview, present and hire qualified candidates for contract and permanent positions. There is no experience required to excel in this role. Everyone will start as a recruiter but with the right motivation and work ethic, you be successful. We spend the bulk of our day on the phone and you have to be comfortable in that type of environment to succeed. It is a production based environment, meaning you will get out what you put in. We will give you all of the necessary training and feedback to help you reach your goals. Qualified candidates for the Recruiter position will:
- Evaluate candidates strengths compared with clients requirements by, for example, evaluating, screening, and interviewing the candidate.
- Negotiate wage rates and other terms and conditions of employment with candidates, and gain commitment from candidates for current and future job requirements.
- Work with Account Managers to identify top accounts, target skill sets, key market segments, and to assess clients' staffing requirements.
- Maintain relationships with industry contacts to provide customer service, gain industry knowledge, and get referrals and sales leads.
Qualified candidates for the Recruiter position must:
- Have a Bachelor's degree or related sales or recruiting experience.
- Have a desire to learn and advance in a fast paced sales environment.
