We are actively hiring for a strong Quant / Financial Technology recruiter, to join the hottest recruitment desk in NYC, where the average recruiter is taking home $300,000+, and many on the team earning over $600,000.

My client has an outstanding reputation recruiting within the Quant / Financial Technology space, with a cemented and exclusive client base covering tier-1 hedge funds, asset managers and prop trading houses throughout the US, Europe and APAC.

The desk is inundated with roles to deliver on from day one, with no requirement for business development. Recruiting for: Quant Developers (C++/Python) Quant Researchers & Traders, Portfolio Managers, Analysts, Data Engineers.

✓ True base salary from $75,000 to $120,000

✓ Perm commissions starting at 50% and increasing to 60% ($120,000-$400,000 fees)

✓ Avg. billers in the business produce $600,000-$800,000 (taking home $250k-$500k+)
