Recruiter - Supply Chain Management Program - Weber State University : Job Details

We are seeking a dynamic, outgoing, and organized recruiter to engage with high school students, parents, and regional industry partners to promote the Supply Chain Management (SCM) program at the Goddard School of Business & Economics at Weber State University. The primary goal of this role is to increase awareness of the major, drive enrollment and meet industry demand for our graduates.Key Responsibilities:* Design and deliver outreach services to inform prospective students about the educational and career opportunities in Supply Chain Management at the Goddard School of Business & Economics.* Travel to high schools, businesses, community colleges, and industries primarily within Utah using personal vehicle (mileage will be reimbursed).* Be involved in planning and executing college and on-campus recruitment events (summer camp, high school case competition, major fairs).* Limited counseling of potential students through in-person interviews, phone calls and e-mails.* Represent the SCM program and Moyes Center for Supply Chain Excellence in announcing and publicly awarding scholarships at high schools.* Assist in the development of creative recruitment materials using various media and working closely with the SCM program to become knowledgeable about the major and career opportunities.* Manage a portion of the $25,000 marketing budget for increasing program awareness, and make decisions on spending.* Coordinate with other departments in the College and University including Marketing, Admissions, Public Relations, and University Communications.Position Details:* Part-time role with a customizable schedule that meets personal preferences and requirements of the work.
