Tom Wood Group, in Indianapolis, IN is actively seeking a passionate and proactive Recruiter to support our diverse hiring needs across the auto, powersports, aviation, and collision repair sectors. RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Identify, engage, and recruit candidates for various positions across automotive, powersports, aviation, and collision repair departments.

* Build strong relationships with hiring managers and department heads to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.

* Utilize job boards, social media, networking, and other resources to build a robust talent pipeline.

* Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring a positive and professional experience for all candidates.

* Work closely with HR and other departments to ensure alignment with overall company goals and recruitment objectives.

* Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.

* Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.

* Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information and recruitment activities.

* Support recruiting efforts by attending career fairs, community events, etc.

QUALIFICATIONS:

* Bachelor's degree in HR, related field, OR equivalent work experience.

* Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in automotive, powersports, aviation, or collision repair sectors.

* Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment

* Excellent communication and written skills.

* Excellent interpersonal skills.

* Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.

* Proactive and independent

* Strong organizational and time management skills.

* Ability to work effectively on a team and independently

* Possesses aptitude to quickly learn applicant-tracking software and/or other recruitment systems

* Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
