DescriptionVibrantCare is looking for a dynamic, outgoing healthcare recruiter with strong negotiation skills to recruit physical therapists, occupational therapists, athletic trainers, and more for our job openings in multiple markets. The Recruiter will partner with management to anticipate and meet the evolving staffing needs and deliver best talent in the organization. This will be achieved through the development of local, regional and national recruiting strategies. This role requires a strong commitment to understanding each local market in order to attract a broad group of potential candidates. The recruiter will provide a seamless positive candidate experience from the first point of outreach until the candidate begins work.Essential Functions:
  • Collaborates with management to identify staffing needs and to define job specifications, qualifications and skills to create job ads that will attract the best talent
  • Creates and implements effective recruitment strategies for designated clinical positions for each market
  • Develops and expands applicant flow through advertising, internet posting, job fairs, direct mail campaigns, networking, employee referrals and other approved methods.
  • Manages full cycle recruiting process including but not limited to sourcing and screening applicants, scheduling interviews, presenting offers, initiating background checks, checking references, credentialing, initiating hire, etc.)
  • Maintains current open position report and utilizes applicant tracking system
  • Provides status updates and miscellaneous reports as requested
  • Develop and implement search strategy that includes vendor selection process and performance metrics for all searches.
  • Acts with honesty and integrity in all business transactions including but not limited to, employment applications/resumes, time records, and financial transactions.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), ATS, and databases
Education/Experience:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field preferred
  • One to three years of recruiting experience. Healthcare recruiting experience preferred.
