Recruitment & Enrollment Manager
We are seeking a highly motivated, outgoing, talented, and dynamic individual to serve as Recruitment and Enrollment Manager. The primary role of the Recruitment and Enrollment Manager is to ensure that all company programs are fully enrolled with the students we strive to serve. The Recruitment and Enrollment Manager will accomplish this by increasing operational efficiency and effectiveness throughout the recruitment and enrollment process, analyzing trends and leveraging data to drive enrollment decision-making, and developing and sharing best practices. The Recruitment and Enrollment Manager will play a critical role in designing and implementing an annual student recruitment and enrollment plan that aligns with companies goals and priorities. The successful candidate will develop strong relationships with parents, potential program partners and community agencies for the purpose of maximizing program enrollment throughout the Center. They are responsible for the integrated communication and promotion of programs and services with the Center's Marketing and Philanthropy team. The Recruitment and Enrollment Manager will report to the Program Director and will provide leadership in all aspects of student, recruiting, admission, enrollment functions for the organization.
What You'll Do
- Enthusiastically articulates the vision, mission, goals and core values of the organization
- Develops and executes a student enrollment strategy - including new student recruitment - ensuring all programs are fully enrolled
- Develops and Implements a recruiting strategy that will ensure full enrollment in 100% of CECO's programs, and cultivates and manages of waitlist for all CECO's program
- Develops data-driven enrollment forecasts and projections and generate action plans as needed to ensure enrollment goals are met
- Develops and implements annual recruitment plan and strategy aligned with annual Center budget expectations.
- Collaborates with the Marketing team on the development of standardized marketing collateral and online/offline campaign strategies for attracting new families
- Supports the recruitment team in the development of recruitment strategies, plans and events that effectively build awareness and interest in new families, drive those families to apply and support them through registration and enrollment
- Facilitates all program enrollment processes including scheduling of pre-enrollment evaluations, admission acceptance, and tuition financial aid application for families with key staff members as needed
- Implements and maintains a thorough enrollment database system and maintains consistent contact with prospective and current parents/caregivers and community referral sources
- Maintains admission guidelines as established and coordinates with the Director of Program Operations program policies and procedures changes
- Implements and manages a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and demonstrates an understanding of this tool and delivery of statistics related to inquiries, family's categories (quantity and source), prospect pipeline (sorted by rank), and admissions (paced by budget forecast)
What You'll Need
- Passion for improving the lives of individuals with special needs.
- Bachelor's Degree in business, non-profit management and/or related fields with a minimum 2-4 years' experience in recruiting and program development and management and/or education related fields
- Proven and demonstrated ability in successful recruiting, admissions and/or sales.
- Demonstrated experience in marketing, communications and/or public relations.
- Strong organizational skills; Ability to task manage and work on multiple projects with strong attention to detail and deadline management.
- Able to communicate effectively; experience in a position that required exceptional written, speaking and listening skills.
- Demonstrated proficiency in MS office suite.
- Must be able to pass a level 2 background check
- Team-player with strong dedication to the purpose and mission of the organization, combined with the confidence that comes from experience and achievement.
- Be a supportive team player who actively contributes in staff meetings and effectively transfers information which helps all associates communicate and market the center to families and/or donors.
- Results-oriented, resourceful, self-directed with tremendous initiative and strong follow through skills.
- Ability to work under time pressures with multiple priorities and deadlines with accuracy.
