In this role you will be supporting administrative, recruiting, marketing and business development functions across a small, but dynamic recruiting firm. This position is integral to our continued success, and will help lead the way to positioning us as a leader in the DC recruiting market.About the Job:Provide administrative support through scheduling with external contacts, candidates and clients, phone coverage, and document management.Conduct research activities for business development initiatives and client relationship building needs.Assist with writing and editing advertisements for job opportunities and posting across websites.Assist with posting and reviewing social media and marketing campaigns.Provide exceptional, responsive customer service to all contacts. Create a high-touch best in class  experience.Manage logistics for recruiting process, including confirming phone, virtual and in-person meetings, managing multiple calendars and competing agendas.Generate correspondence and communication under tight deadlines with excellent attention to detail.Maintain an organized electronic and paper desk; input data and information into an applicant tracking system.Assist the Office Manager with maintaining an organized office space, property management, vendor management, IT support or ad hoc special projects as needed.About the Culture:Female founded and female led small business.A beautiful workspace in the heart of DC with a hybrid work model.Continuous training opportunities and ability to expand your responsibilities. Bachelor's degree and strong customer service experience or light office experience required.Personable.
