Fourth Floor is a forward-thinking staffing and recruiting firm – and we are growing! We are looking for an outgoing and organized Recruiting Associate to help support our busy team of recruiters. As the Recruiting Associate, you will assist with managing fulltime/direct-hire fashion talent for the top companies in luxury, RTW, beauty, menswear, home goods, lifestyle and more!

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced setting and is looking to gain more office experience and learn about HR and Recruiting
