(21-00077)Fives DTSis looking for aRecruiting Coordinatorin theWarren, MIarea.What You Will Be Doing:As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will be expertly taking care of our candidates' scheduling needs, providing exceptional logistical and travel services, managing the steps from candidate to new hire status, and assisting with any onboarding steps.Job Description:Interview scheduling and manage scheduling conflicts and calendar changes from candidate and interview teamsPrepare travel arrangementsPrepare and deliver offer letters to candidatesInitiates and monitors background checks through completionAnswers onboarding questions and completes all onboarding tasksResponsible for troubleshooting and researching all onboarding and background check questions and concerns.Run the interview scheduling process for all candidates meeting with interview teamsManage scheduling conflicts and calendar changes from candidates and interview teams and proactively communicate challenges to senior recruiterCommunicate to recruiting team any stated or perceived challenges throughout the recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding processQualifications:1 to 3 years of recruiting experience (sourcing, screening, interviewing, etc.) required3 to 5 years of customer service experience requiredAdvanced Excel experienceWorkday experience is highly preferredTalo experience highly preferredEducation:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field highly preferredWill also consider equivalent professional work experienceBenefits:Hired employees will receive great benefits along with an extremely competitive compensation package.
