Job Summary:We are seeking a highly organized and detail oriented Legal Recruiting Coordinator to join our Recruitment team at Ice Miller. This role will support both our lateral recruitment and summer associate hiring.Essential Job Duties:Lateral Recruitment Support:• Enter and maintain applicant information in an application tracking system.• Manage job postings for lateral positions.• Assist in scheduling interviews and coordinating meetings between candidates and attorneys, including arranging travel logistics when necessary.• Send and follow up on interview evaluations.• Assist with offer checklists and administration of offer letters.• Prepare and send fee agreements with search firms, update search firm database, and process invoices for agencies.• Track internal referral activity.Summer Associate Recruitment Support:• Assist in coordinating the fall recruitment and on-campus interview process, including scheduling interviews, preparing materials, and liaising with law schools and students.• Handle logistics for campus recruiting events, including arranging travel, accommodations, and event setup.• Support the team with logistics for the summer associate program, including scheduling and coordinating meetings, training, work allocation, and social events.• Assist with the feedback process and extension of offers for summer associates at the conclusion of the program.Additional Support:• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities and candidate interactions. Circulate weekly reports to various firm leaders.• Prepare recruitment reports and metrics as needed.• Assist in updating and maintaining recruitment-related content on the firm's website, intranet, and social media platforms.• Provide general administrative support to the recruiting team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, handling correspondence, and processing team-related expenses.• Participate in and contribute to special projects and initiatives related to recruitment and talent acquisition.Minimum Requirements:• Bachelor's degree and experience working in an office environment, preferably within a law firm or professional services company.• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with exceptional attention to detail.• Excellent interpersonal and professional communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with team members and internal stakeholders.• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).• Demonstrated ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and systems, with a solid understanding of relevant software and tools.
