DescriptionCommunity Options, Inc.is a national non-profit agency providing services to individuals with disabilities in 12 states. We are seeking aRecruiting Coordinatorto based out of ourNashville, TNlocationto manage all local staff recruitment and hiring of support staff. The Recruiting Coordinator attracts talented staff to support our mission and help improve the lives of people with disabilities. This person will be responsible for the full-lifecycle recruitment of support stafffor assigned region(s). This person will also work with management to support local programoperations.ResponsibilitiesManage recruitment and development efforts for assigned region(s)Maintain all pertinent applicant and interview data in the HRIS and track applicant flowDevelop and retain relationships with candidates and referralsScreen potential candidates and schedule interviewsEnsure new hires meet employment requirements and regulationsExtend offers of employment to selected candidatesConduct reference and background checksOnboard new employees in our HRIS and programmatic technology platformsFacilitate new hire training and orientationMaintain and audit training records ensuring staff follow state requirementsOversee HRIS system workflows, including the submission and approval of required documentsRepresent Community Options at community events including job fairsAssist management with program operations and schedulingMay manage one or more administrative staff including performance and evaluationsAdditional tasks and responsibilities may be assignedEmployee must cooperate with the license and department staff in any inspection, inquiry, or investigationEmployment is contingent upon successful completion of checks of criminal background, central registry, child abuse registry, and drug testingMinimum RequirementsHigh school diplomaBachelor's degree preferredValid driver's license with a satisfactory driving recordMinimum of 1 year experience in a recruiting or HR roleProficient in recruiting candidates utilizing a variety of approaches and platforms:o LinkedIno Indeedo Zip Recruitero Networkingo Job Postingso ReferralsKnowledge and understanding of local regulatory agency operationsExperience with problem solving against multiple prioritiesProficient with Microsoft OfficeStrong interpersonal communication skills with the ability to work as a teamExcellent time management skillsWhy Community Options?Competitive Insurance Benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision)Paid Holidays—Including a Birthday HolidayGenerous PTOEmployee Incentive & Discount Programs403b Retirement PlanIncredible career growth opportunitiesSend Resumes to: [email protected] Options is an Equal Opportunity Employer M/F/D/V
