Position Overview:We are looking for a passionate and motivated Recruiting Coordinator responsible for working alongside and supporting our client recruiters by ensuring candidates moving through the recruiting and hiring process have a great experience. This role requires time management, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment. Responsibilities of the Recruiting Coordinator:
  • Evaluate, prioritize, and execute Client and Associate requests related to the hiring and employment of Associates.
  • Manage and monitor internal and external job postings via the appropriate technology platform.
  • Maintain the account applicable group inbox including but not limited to:
    • Accepting Requisitions and assigning them to Recruiters.
    • Circulating Requisition updates.
    • Scheduling intake calls.
    • Tagging applicable Recruiters as needed.
    • Managing interview requests.
    • Referral Recruiter Assignment.
  • Update and maintain the “Master Tracker” as it relates to requisitions and statuses.
  • Play a crucial role within a fast-paced and laser-focused recruiting team, working to coordinate onsite, phone, and virtual candidate interviews.
  • Coordinate Interviews and Interview prep calls for candidates and Recruiters.
  • Update candidates throughout the interviewing process, including dispositioning as required.
  • Assist Recruiters in submitting qualified candidates to the client through the appropriate client portal.
  • Identify potential candidates through various forms of recruitment, such as resume review, networking, candidate sourcing, and phone screening.
  • Support employment activities, such as processing rehire eligibility requests, submitting onboarding requests, distributing satisfaction surveys, etc.
  • Partner with Associates and the Onboarding team to gather all details required to initiate and complete the onboarding process including, but not limited to, new-hire surveys.
  • Provide Associates with assignment start information promptly.
  • Troubleshoot client and Associate escalations with the assistance of leadership.
  • Maintain and update Excel and Google spreadsheets to organize data as necessary.
  • Assist with data governance throughout the recruitment lifecycle and produce ad hoc reports as needed.
  • Assist with ad hoc projects.
Qualifications for the Recruiting Coordinator:
  • Experience: 1+ years of work experience.
  • Communication: can clearly articulate how to complete onboarding tasks and can effectively liaison with associates.
  • Empathy: understand how difficult the onboarding process can be and step into the associate's shoes and show you care.
  • Curiosity: understand the associate with effective questioning and listening. You are genuinely interested in helping.
  • Teacher: loves sharing insight and knowledge and is patient and thoughtful when educating.
  • Delight: constantly think about making associates happy and always go the extra mile.
  • Problem Solver: adept at spotting issues and quickly suggest solutions.

Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to sit for extended periods of time.
Education Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree is required.
