Our client, a financial firm with an international presence and located in the Loop, is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to join their Human Resources team and provide essential support. This position offers a valuable opportunity for individuals with 2+ years of HR and recruiting coordination experience with a drive to expand their skills and expertise. In this role, you will work closely with the Directors of Recruiting and HR, along with other HR team members, to enhance the firm's recruitment efforts while growing your own skillset. The ideal candidate excels in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment and demonstrates exceptional communication skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Act as a support team to fill gaps in HR functions, managing additional tasks like relocation and leave of absences
- Manage heavy scheduling tasks using the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Assist campus recruiting efforts including scheduling and administrative support
- Prepare and organize SWAG bags and other materials for events
- Support miscellaneous HR and recruiting tasks as needed
- Take on additional responsibilities as opportunities arise
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must have Recruiting Coordination experience in a professional setting
- College degree required
- Must have experience with an ATS
- Strong organization skills with the ability to prioritize tasks with a high sense of urgency
- Strong communication skills – written and oral to communicate with all employees within the company
- Proactive work ethic with a focus on creative problem-solving
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Team player and willingness to help with any tasks needed by HR and Campus Recruiting
SCHEDULE: Hybrid, Hours 8AM-5PM
COMPENSATION:
Up to $80,000, possibility for bonus and OT
