The Talent Acquisition team at V2X is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to provide administrative assistance to our recruiting team. To be successful in this role, you will develop and maintain business relationships and be recognized as a trusted partner. This requires working with a sense of urgency, driving the process forward, and having excellent follow-up skills. We value diverse skills and experience, so don't hold back. Principal Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

* Schedule meetings, interviews, and HR events and maintain agendas.

* Handle last-minute scheduling changes.

* Coordinate TA training sessions and seminars.

* Produce and Submit reports on general TA activity.

* Assist with the recruitment process by initiating and monitoring background checks and drug screenings.

* Assist with the posting of open positions in the Applicant Tracking System.

* Coordinate candidate Travel

* Other duties as assigned

Professional Requirements, Qualifications & Desired Competencies:

* H/S Diploma or equivalent

* Prior experience using an Applicant Tracking System.

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

* Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines.

* Ability to take initiative and work independently when needed

* Highly computer literate

* Strong skills using Microsoft Office Suite

* Organizational and time management skills.

* Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.

* Meticulous attention to detail.

* Attentive listener

* Ability to follow directions accurately and without hesitation

* HR competence

* Understanding, empathetic, and relatable

* Professional integrity and sense of responsibility and accountability

Desired Qualifications:

* 1-2 years of experience as an HR administrator or Coordinator.

* Ability to travel up to 10%.
