Job Description :
We are partnering with our consumer product client seeking a Recruiting Manager to join their team. You will lead the recruitment strategy, collaborate with hiring managers, and ensure a positive, inclusive interview experience. Your role will be crucial in delivering a seamless and engaging candidate experience. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary $87,000 to $100,000 per year.Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract top talent across various departments, aligning with our growth objectives.
  • Enhance the candidate experience by ensuring a respectful, timely, and engaging process that aligns with our values.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand specific needs, provide guidance on job descriptions, and develop effective recruitment plans.
  • Manage and prioritize open job requisitions, ensuring timely and effective hiring that meets business demands.
  • Monitor and report on key recruitment metrics, using data to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements:
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results under tight deadlines.
  • A passion for providing an outstanding candidate experience and a commitment to continuous improvement.
Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of proven experience in recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, tools, and technologies.
