Pump.co is on the lookout for our very first recruiter. If you love fast-paced environments, making an impact, and connecting top talent with exciting opportunities, this role is for you.

Responsibilities:
  • Drive Hiring Strategy: Collaborate with leadership to develop and execute a hiring plan that aligns with our ambitious growth targets. You'll help define the skills and roles we need to scale effectively.
  • Source Top Talent: Use various channels—social media, job boards, networking events, and proactive headhunting—to source top candidates, especially in tech, sales, and marketing roles.
  • Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process from job posting to offer negotiation. You'll ensure every candidate has a smooth and engaging experience, reflecting the pump.co culture.
  • Collaborate with Hiring Managers: Partner with department heads to understand role requirements, craft compelling job descriptions, and ensure alignment on candidate profiles.
  • Streamline Processes: Create and implement an efficient, scalable hiring process that can support high-volume recruitment without compromising on candidate quality.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure all candidates have a positive experience, regardless of the outcome, keeping in mind pump.co's values of proactivity, unity, merit, and playfulness.
  • Data-Driven Recruitment: Utilize analytics and data to monitor recruitment metrics (time to fill, quality of hire, offer acceptance rates) and continuously optimize the recruitment process.
  • Employer Branding: Help craft our employer brand narrative. Ensure pump.co is represented as a company where people want to work and grow.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in high-growth recruitment, preferably in a tech or startup environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple roles at once and meet aggressive hiring targets.
  • Strong sourcing skills, with knowledge of how to find the best candidates beyond just job boards.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both with candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools to streamline hiring.
  • Passion for people and building an exceptional team.
