Job Title: High Volume Phone ScreenerJob Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient High Volume Phone Screener to join our recruitment team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting preliminary phone interviews with a large number of candidates to assess their qualifications and suitability for various roles within the company.Key Responsibilities:* Conduct high volume phone screenings to evaluate candidates' qualifications, experience, and fit for specific roles.* Make at least 50 outbound calls per day, ensuring heavy high volume outbound contact.* Use a standardized set of questions to ensure consistency and fairness in the screening process.* Document and maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and feedback.* Communicate effectively with candidates to provide information about the role and the next steps in the hiring process.* Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the requirements of open positions and provide recommendations based on phone screenings.* Schedule follow-up interviews with qualified candidates.* Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the screening process.Qualifications:* Previous experience in recruitment or a related field is preferred.* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.* Ability to handle a high volume of phone calls and multitask effectively.* Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.* High level of professionalism and confidentiality.We offer medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance coverage, holiday pay, and PTO accrual.
