Riboli Family Wines is looking for an experienced Recruiter with experience in recruiting for retail, hospitality, and corporate positions to join our team! At Riboli Family Wines, the role of the Recruiting Specialist is to identify, assess, and bring top talent to our teams. In this role, the Recruiting Specialist is responsible for owning the full lifecycle recruiting process while building relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and key stakeholders. This role works in partnership with the Talent Acquisition Manager. This is an onsite role, 5 days a week in Los Angeles, CA.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and drive a high volume full-cycle recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, feedback, and offers for all levels of candidates from entry to senior level.
  • Work in applicant tracking system ensuring candidates are moving through the process in a timely manner, making clear and consistent notes.
  • Build a pipeline for multiple requisitions across teams and geographies, considering diversity levels and the importance of balanced candidate slates.
  • Maintain well-developed network and/or the capability to build the network quickly and comprehensively through creative sourcing strategies.
  • Discuss job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers, screening applicants on a consistent set of qualifications.
  • Work with managers on creating clear, consistent job descriptions and ensure job descriptions are updated on a yearly/as needed basis.
  • Identify and recommend salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details.
  • Influence and educate hiring managers and stakeholders on processes, interview best practices, and decision making.
  • Oversee and support in preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials.
  • Understand applicant requirements by familiarizing self with job description and requirements.
  • Strong ability to positively interact with candidates, hiring managers, and senior leaders in the organization.
  • Strong ability to conduct needs assessment and provide input on candidate selection.
  • Generates official internal documents including and not limited to offer letters, promotions, transfers, IT request forms, and background checks.
  • Tracks pre-onboarding process from extending offer letter to acceptance, then partners with HR Specialist for remainder of onboarding tasks.
  • Supports recruiting efforts with agencies in partnership with managers. Partners with hiring managers and HR/Payroll for onboarding.
  • Engages in activities geared towards recruiting with local schools and/or community-based organizations and other recruitment events.
  • Provides a consistently exceptional candidate experience ensuring Riboli Family Wine becomes an employer of choice.
  • Works in program management platform, making regular updates to monitor, track, and make notes on the progression of open roles.
  • Uses data, numbers, and trends as a baseline to pull additional recruiting levers such as new job boards, sponsored job postings, and tools needed to drive applicant volume.
  • Partners with Talent Acquisition Manager in building process and tools to support Recruitment/Talent Acquisition Department initiatives and workflows.
  • Partner with our HR team members to provide general HR support when needed or depending on business needs.
  • Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.
Qualifications:
  • 3-4 years of full lifecycle recruiting experience specifically in retail, hospitality, and corporate roles.
  • Experience working in high-volume recruiting.
  • Experience in working with an applicant tracking system (Greenhouse, Workday, etc.)
  • Experience working in program management platforms (Asana, Monday.com, etc.)
  • Demonstrates a positive, can-do attitude.
  • Comfortable working with a high degree of ambiguity.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills and a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Genuine curiosity and strong desire to continuously learn and grow.
  • High level of self-initiative, creativity, perseverance, and flexibility.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Well-developed analytical and influencing skills.
  • Strong computer skills.
  • Bilingual required (English/Spanish).
  • Recruitment experience within the beverage or hospitality industry preferred.

Pay Range: $70,000—$85,000 USD
