Adecco is hiring a Recruiting Specialist to drive talent acquisition and build a strong candidate pipeline. In this role, you will play a key part in finding, screening, and placing top candidates across a variety of positions, while maintaining lasting relationships with both active and passive candidates.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Actively source, screen, and recruit candidates for diverse roles
+ Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates.
+ Conduct structured interviews to assess skills, qualifications, and fit.
+ Collaborate on initiatives to enhance associate retention and engagement.
**Qualifications:**
+ Some recruiting or sourcing experience
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
+ Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

**Pay Details:** $23.00 to $24.00 per hour
