Employee Value Proposition: Coordinates full cycle of recruiting activities including experienced sourcing, phone screening and interviewing quality candidates for employment opportunities with the company. Will be based out of our Birmingham Office with some travel to our Huntsville and Montgomery offices. May also be required to visit job sites to assist with In-Person Interviews.Primary Duties and ResponsibilitiesManages candidate activity in the applicant tracking system (ATS)Manages application/resume retention according to legal requirements and company policyReview resumes/applications to find quality candidates who meet position criteriaSchedules and completes initial applicant screening to obtain applicant information and history, to include phone interviews and face-to-face interviewsCoordinates and schedules candidate interviews with hiring managersUtilizes media resources, job boards, social media to promote the organization and career opportunitiesConducts extensive candidate reference checks and coordinates pre-employment screeningSchedules and attends career/job fairsDevelops recruitment strategy to achieve required staffing levelsCreates new, innovative methods to improve the recruitment processEnsures compliance with all federal/state laws and regulations during the recruitment processProvide an exceptional candidate experience, and be an CSUSA Mid South brand ambassador to candidates, presenting a positive and compelling company imageAssist with maintaining of training programs using a variety of methods, including classroom instruction, online training, and on-the-job trainingEvaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvementsRequired Skills:Recruiting/staffing experience (2-5 Years)Strong computer skills; proficient with Microsoft OfficeWorking knowledge of applicant tracking and HRIS systems.Demonstrated ability to establish effective and cooperative working relationships built on trustExcellent organizational and time management skillsOther Requirements:Punctual and regular attendance with professional demeanor and positive, caring attitudeMust adhere to Company Core Values: Be Safe | Be Honest | Be Respectful | Be Innovative | Be CollaborativeAbility to work on a team and interact with people while maintaining a positive, cooperative and teachable attitudeComplies and promotes company Safety policiesAny other duties assigned by the supervisorInitiative; self-motivated (driven), self-starterExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenAnalytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to stand, squat, bend, kneel, climb, and comfortably what would typically be required in an office environmentAbility to use office equipment (e.g. computers/laptop, printers, copiers, phone/fax)Follow and adhere to all company policies and proceduresMust be able to pass a background check and drug test in accordance with our Company Substance Abuse Policy
