Job Description ATLAS is seeking a motivated and experienced Recruiter to join our team. As a Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in identifying and attracting top talent to support our efforts in fulfilling government contracts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in full-cycle recruiting, excellent communication skills, and a passion for building strong teams. Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements for government contracts
- Source, screen, and interview candidates to assess their qualifications and cultural fit
- Manage the entire recruitment process from job posting to offer acceptance for government-related positions
- Utilize various recruiting channels, including social media, job boards, and networking events, with a focus on government-specific platforms
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for government-related job openings
- Ensure compliance with government contract requirements throughout the recruitment process
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in government contract recruitment
Requirements Minimum Qualifications
- 2 years of proven experience as a Recruiter
- Strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR software
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in recruiting for contracts with the Department of Defense (DoD) or the Department of State (DoS).
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
