Summary:
The Recruiting Specialist supports the Recruiting team by managing day-to-day operations and advancing strategic recruitment goals. Responsibilities include representing The Consortium at recruiting events, supporting social media and marketing efforts, and assisting with Membership Committee application reviews.
Duties:
Recruiting and Events (35%)
- Collaborate with the Director, Recruiting, to design and execute recruitment strategies.
- Identify and research potential outreach opportunities to build an annual recruiting calendar.
- Represent The Consortium at in-person and virtual events, including information sessions, webinars, and MBA Application Preparation Seminar (MAPS) events.
- Plan, organize, and manage logistics for recruitment events, including venue selection and material preparation.
- Utilize social media platforms to amplify recruiting efforts.
- Gather and analyze data post-event to generate reports, class profiles, and board updates.
Enrollment and Student Services (35%)
- Track and report enrollment metrics, including offer acceptance rates for incoming classes.
- Engage current students and alumni in recruitment and outreach initiatives.
- Develop partnerships with pipeline organizations and undergraduate groups to expand the talent pool.
Application and Database Management (15%)
- Review and process membership applications during all rounds.
- Manage applicant communications and updates within the application and CRM systems.
- Assist with technical and customer service support for member schools.
- Collaborate with the Director, Application Systems, to maintain and improve the application system, ensuring data accuracy and operational efficiency.
- Address prospective student inquiries to encourage application submissions.
Orientation Program (10%)
- Coordinate travel arrangements for new students attending the Orientation Program (OP).
- Act as a team leader during OP, ensuring smooth execution of program activities.
- Participate in weekly OP planning meetings.
Administrative and Other Duties (5%)
- Assist in developing and updating recruiting Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Support special projects and other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Education
- Bachelor's degree required.
