Recruiting SpecialistAbout the Company and Opportunity:CFS is partnering with a leader in the healthcare industry to identify a skilled Recruiting Specialist to join their HR department!The Recruiting Specialist will join a tight-knit, collaborative HR team that cares about providing the best experience possible for employees and applicants!They offer a flexible schedule, and a laid-back and supportive company culture!Overview of the Recruiting Specialist Responsibilities:Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and necessary qualifications for open positionsMaintain job postings and talent pipeline, following up with applicants and leadership about the pipeline status regularlyAttend job fairs and other staffing events to continuously attract a variety of diverse talentConduct phone screens, schedule and conduct interviewsCoordinate background checks, drug screens, and new hire orientationProcess onboarding paperwork and build offer lettersPreferred Qualifications for the Recruiting Specialist:Associate's or bachelor's degree in human resources or a related fieldTwo years of recruiting experienceProficiency with ATS and major job boardsHighly effective communication and relationship-building skillsUnderstanding of labor and employment laws and regulationsLocation: This role is 100% onsite in Dowagiac, MISalary: $40,500 - $50,750 depending on experienceClick here to apply online
