Join us and be a part of a team that puts people first About the Opportunity: In this role, you will create a seamless transition from candidate to employee and beyond. You will be at the center of employee engagement and development from initiating full cycle recruitment, administering onboarding efforts, and being a trusted resource for employee's questions. If you are passionate about developing and maintaining relationships in a team, this position will be a great fit for your skillset. No two days are the same, but the typical position responsibilities include: Stay ahead of the curve by utilizing recruiting methods, staffing forecasting, and career progression to understand our company's unique needs. Take charge of the interview process, ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish. You'll work closely with employees, managers, and stakeholders, playing a key role in talent selection. Support candidates as they navigate from offer to employment. You will be with them every step of the way. Be a champion of the company by administering onboarding, orientation, and training plans. As a point person, you will support explaining company policies and benefits. Engage with employees to ensure they understand where they can access information and support them by making everyone feel part of our team.
