As a Recruitment Associate, you will drive business results by recruiting IT and Engineering talent for our specialized programs. In this role, you will manage the recruiting process for a variety of technical roles, understand the employment market, negotiate compensation, provide valuable insights, and build strong relationships. Our team environment assists our partners that range from the Fortune 100 to Series A startups.
Training:

Job Responsibilities:
* Drive revenue and growth through effective management of talent and team collaboration
* Map target companies and top talent based on specific job requirements
* Create unique and robust search strategies to identify and attract niche skillsets utilizing tools - Bullhorn, LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Careerbuilder, and more
* Conduct video and phone interviews
* Continually contributing to the knowledge base of our Client Partners, by providing relevant industry and market information
* Perform reference checks and present employment offers on behalf of DRUM
* Recommend ideas and strategies that will contribute to the growth of DRUM
* Conduct bi-weekly meetings with leadership to obtain feedback and address any concerns to help streamline recruiting efforts
Background Preferred:
* Bachelors Degree
* Interest in learning sourcing, interviewing, and overall recruiting strategies
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Excellent collaboration and team-building skills
* Ability to be comfortable in difficult conversations
* Passionate about market and industry trends - IT and Business specific
* Experience with Microsoft Office
* Basic LinkedIn knowledge
