Our recruitment firm can staff through the entire retail sales funnel from fashion line development to fashion design, marketing, creative, retail and wholesale, operations, and more.

We are looking for a proactive and organized Recruiting Associate to support our Managing Director and senior Account Managers with placing top candidates in freelance roles with our clients in retail, luxury goods, accessories, skincare, beauty, lifestyle and more!

What you will be doing:

  • Supporting a small team with their day to day sales and recruitment efforts
  • Sourcing, scheduling, and screening candidates for freelance roles with our clients
  • Managing and updating candidate and job information in our database
  • Overseeing candidate paperwork completion and onboarding process
  • Assisting with timecards and weekly payroll
  • Preparing and sending out detailed interview confirmations, job start details and updates
  • Conducting thorough reference checks and tracking background check requests
  • Serving as a point of contact for our candidates while on assignments
  • Taking on additional administrative responsibilities and projects as needed

What you should bring:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1-2 years of experience in fashion, HR or administrative experience a plus
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment
  • Confident, engaging, and professional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, and strong ability to multitask
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proactive and resourceful with a no task is too big or too small approach
  • Positive, personable, and team-oriented mindset
  • Proficiency in MS Office; especially Outlook and Excel
  • Proficiency in Bullhorn and LinkedIn Recruiter a plus
