  • Talent Acquisition & Sourcing:
    • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent using various platforms such as job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
    • Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and evaluate candidates based on client requirements.
  • Client Engagement:
    • Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and organizational culture.
    • Provide consultative support to clients on job market trends, salary benchmarks, and hiring best practices.
  • Candidate Management:
    • Guide candidates through the recruitment process, providing clear communication and support from application to placement.
    • Conduct pre-employment assessments and reference checks as needed.
  • Pipeline Development:
    • Maintain a pool of qualified candidates for current and future client needs.
    • Proactively identify and connect with passive candidates to build long-term relationships.
  • Data Management:
    • Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other tools to manage candidate and client data effectively.
    • Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Business Development:
    • Identify new business opportunities and expand the client base through outreach and networking.
    • Collaborate with the sales team to present recruitment solutions to prospective clients.
