Overview:

We are seeking a Homecare Recruitment Manager to lead our recruitment efforts for the home healthcare sector. This role involves overseeing the recruitment team and driving the recruitment process to attract and retain qualified homecare professionals, such as Home Health Aides (HHAs), Personal Care Aides (PCAs), and other essential care staff. The Homecare Recruitment Manager will work closely with key departments to ensure staffing needs are met and help grow the business by sourcing the best talent in the home healthcare field. This position requires on-site work Monday through Friday.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership & Development:

Lead and mentor the recruitment team, ensuring a productive and effective recruitment process for home healthcare staff. Provide guidance, set goals, and monitor progress to achieve hiring targets.

  • Compliance & Documentation:

Ensure recruitment processes adhere to all regulatory and legal requirements, including verifying credentials and conducting background checks. Review all recruitment documentation to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.

  • Candidate Experience & Relationships:

Act as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process, maintaining a positive and professional relationship.

  • Performance Metrics & Reporting:

Monitor and report on key recruitment metrics, including time-to-hire, quality of hire, and candidate satisfaction. Use data to improve recruitment strategies and ensure the team is meeting hiring objectives.

  • Training & Development:

Provide ongoing training to the recruitment team to improve their skills and ensure they are up to date on the best practices and compliance requirements. Foster a culture of continuous learning.

Qualifications:

  • Experience:

Minimum of 2 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, ideally in a homecare or healthcare setting. Previous experience in recruiting for clinical or home healthcare roles is preferred.

  • Leadership:

Proven experience in leading and motivating a recruitment team to meet staffing goals and improve recruitment strategies.

  • Metrics-Driven:

Ability to set and achieve recruitment targets, using data and metrics to track success and identify areas for improvement.

  • Communication Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively engage and influence candidates, hiring managers, and external partners.

  • Technology Proficiency:

Strong proficiency in using recruitment software (e.g., applicant tracking systems), MS Office, and other related tools.

  • Knowledge of Compliance Standards:

Familiarity with state and federal regulations surrounding healthcare recruitment and staffing, including background checks, credentialing, and labor laws.
