* This role is limited term and may have a specified end date.

As the Program Supervisor, you will oversee the day-to-day operations and supervision of the Recuperative Care Program (RCP) and Enhanced Care Management (ECM) team. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that participants' needs are met and that those enrolled in the RCP and ECM Programs receive the additional care and resources they need to achieve stable housing and improved medical care.

We would love to hear from someone who:

* Has a BA in healthcare, social work, or related field.

OR

* Has an AA in healthcare, social work, or a related field, with 2 years of experience providing direct human or health services to medically related, economically disadvantaged, physically/mentally disabled, substance abuse/dually diagnosed individuals, the elderly, and at-risk youth. Education, volunteer experience, and other related experience may be accepted.

* Has experience working with community members experiencing homelessness.

* Has at least one year of supervisory experience.

* Has a Valid California Driver's License and an acceptable driving record.

* Will obtain CPR Certification within 90 days of hire.

As the Program Supervisor you will:

* Monitor compliance with program goals through client record reviews, weekly supervision, and group meetings.

* Coordinate with multiple service providers to enhance and coordinate service delivery.

* Serve as a critical point of contact for emergency services and medical providers.

* Recruit, select, and hire RCP staff, and provide necessary training and orientation.

* Oversee client data collection and program delivery, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

* Maintain a safe environment and ensure adherence to policies and procedures.

* Assist RCP Case Manager and RCP Nurse with monitoring client behavior and goal achievement.

* Coordinate referrals and ensure staff are trained and meeting documentation standards.

* Provide support and guidance to the RCP team in delivering additional care and resources.

* Ensure shifts are scheduled timely and coordinate coverage for any open shifts.

Additional Eligibility Qualifications:

* Must be able to relate well to all people of the community regardless of color, national origin, religion, sex, pregnancy, age, marital status, veteran status, sexual orientation, disability or socio-economic level.

* Must be at least 18 years of age by date of hire.

* Must comply with the CAPSLO COVID-19 Vaccination Policy, either being fully vaccinated or sign a COVID-19 vaccination declination form.

* Based on the program, a current TB skin test/Chest X-Ray may be required.

* Employment is contingent upon meeting all applicable job requirements and background requirements. A criminal history clearance is required prior to employment.

* Upon hire, agency staff will check the Megan's Law (or the current sexual predator website) to ensure each staff being hired is clear for employment. Agency staff will check the website annually to ensure all program staff are cleared to work.
