DescriptionGerlinger Steel & Supply is a multigenerational family business founded in 1929. We offer a relaxed, yet safety conscious workplace in our two facilities, Redding and Woodland, CA. We hope to be the company where you can make a career.As part of our maintenance department, we are open Monday to Friday from 6:00am to 3:30pm and the typical week is scheduled for 40 hours. This position is responsible for keeping our facility clean and presentable.Requirements

• Works independently with very little supervision.
• Knows how to clean, disinfect, and sanitize.
• Able to do light landscaping.
• Demonstrates strong time management and organization skills
• Follow written and verbal instructions.
• Speaks fluently, reads, comprehends, writes including spelling of words, composition of sentences, and grammar in the English language.
• Ability to cope with stressful situations and interact cordially with coworkers, customers, and vendors to accomplish the task.
• Ability to remain conscious and alert.
• Ability to actively listen, learn, and use logic and reasoning to problem-solve, arrive at alternative options, and implement the solution. Ability to work well with others as a team.
