Do you want to make a difference in the lives of others?Family HealthCare is seeking a full-time Refugee Health Administrative Coordinator to support the Refugee Department through administrative functions. A successful candidate for this role would be somebody who enjoys working with a diverse unique population and is comfortable with non-English speakers. The ideal candidate would enjoy working with data, reporting and spreadsheets and can tolerate some flexibility/variability in their workday. The position performs administrative services to include, but not limited to, tracking of refugees, required paperwork, appointment scheduling, and assisting with refugee orientation.   • Previous computer and customer service experience (required)
  • Ability to work on deadline, be highly organized, and manage multiple tasks with attention to detail (required)
  • Previous grant managing experience (preferred)
  • Prior appointment scheduling experience (preferred)
  • Experience working with a refugee population (preferred)
