Who are we looking for? The Regional Account Manager is responsible for building and nurturing long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with key customers in the front-end semiconductor manufacturing sector, particularly focusing on wafer-level packaging and final semiconductor assembly and packaging. This role prioritizes strategic engagement with high-impact accounts that drive growth, retention, and value creation, fostering customer success and aligning closely with ESI's business objectives. By maximizing the value we deliver to customers and leveraging these relationships for revenue growth, market access, and technology advancement, the Regional Account Manager will play a critical role in supporting the expansion and profitability of ESI in this specialized industry.
What will you be doing? - The Account Manager is directly responsible for achieving year-over-year revenue and margin growth targets as well as assigned account development goals and objectives for a defined number of important customers for our business.
- The Account Manager is dedicated-to and hyper-focused on his/her assigned accounts. He/she acts as the orchestra conductor for aligning and coordinating the resources required (both internally and externally) to achieve our mutual strategies and successes.
- The Account Manager is our main face and voice to the customer and is missioned to help us achieve trusted advisor status in the eyes of the customer by helping them meet their strategic initiatives utilizing our products and services in their business.
- The Account Manager may also be responsible for specific sites of our strategic accounts. In this instance, he/she will be accountable for contributing to the strategic planning process of those accounts and working with the strategic account manager and other account managers globally to effectively execute on the strategic account plans
- The account manager will be accountable for providing profitable revenue growth for each of our Lines of Business within the account (where applicable)
Who are You? - Bachelor's degree required. Graduate degree in eneral business, or technical STEM degree is preferred.
- Required to travel 50% or more of the working time.
- Proficient English language capability - written and verbal.
- 3-5 years of relevant expierence in a similar role.
