Job Summary
About You
To be successful in this role you must have 10+ years of experience in the Fragrance industry, understand what it takes to develop a regional - category - brand strategy to deliver accelerated growth coupled with the ability and experience and successful track-record to drive a project from initial brief to a winning theme in the market then you could be our next Regional Account Manager!
As a Regional Account Manager, you'll spend your time.
* Developing and articulate a strategic plan for IFF to accelerate sales within Personal Care and Beauty & Wellbeing in North America.
* Leading briefs in the skin cleansing (bodywash) category, driving above fair share win rate by providing commercial direction and guidance to all internal stakeholders (evaluation, perfumery, consumer insight and marketing, technical applications)
* Build and manage best in class customer stakeholders both within the US and as part of a global network of stakeholders.
* Motivate, inspire and lead IFF's internal team both in the US and globally
* Manage a small team of highly expert and experienced commercial professionals

Job Requirements
Required Skills
* Strong preference for candidates with US Market and Category Experience
* Bachelor's degree,.
* Master's degree preferred
* Excellent interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to lead and coordinate activities with internal support team and customers.
* Knowledge of industry trends, companies, technology, and displays passion for fragrance.
* Knowledge of Body Care market and related trends preferred.
* Confident, dynamic, and enthusiastic professional with ability to generate trust by delivering on commitments
* Possess the ability to lead multi-cultural teams.
* IT acumen and ability to leverage big data points to enhance regional strategic account plan, commercial performance, and customer engagement
* Preferred experience working with multi-national companies within a global team.
* Candidates from Commercial, Marketing, Scent Design and Category Leadership roles will be considered.

Salary Ranges:
$155,050.00 - $287,950.00
