REGIONAL AGRIBUSINESS SPECIALIST - Chubb : Job Details

The territory for this position may be in Illinois, Indiana, Michigan and/or Wisconsin.

Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities:

* Recruit and recommend appointment of qualified agents for Farm and Ranch & Commercial Agribusiness.

* Facilitate broker meetings and promote Chubb Agribusiness products and services. Partner with brokers and underwriting team to obtain pertinent underwriting information. Provide exceptional customer service to our brokers that promotes the partnership and growth.

* Conducts territorial analysis that identifies market share opportunity-based target markets and broker distribution. Implements business plan based on objectives set forth with brokers and submits to Agri Business manager for approval. Conducts monthly broker meetings to asses where they are to plan vs actual.

* Establish effective working partnership within agribusiness group as well as within the Chubb organization. May coordinate and speak at Agricultural meetings.

* Work within Chubb Agribusiness to develop and implement approved advertising and marketing campaigns with key brokers. Agribusiness Specialist will also be asked to work on project for assigned territory as necessary.
