Join our team and share your expertise with othersApply now to make a difference in the business worldHow you Will make a difference Assess and recommend corrective actions and/or procedures in regards to aspects and functions pertaining to the business office operations in a designated regionThis includes training and providing the business office staff with the knowledge and skills necessary to complete all tasks assignedEvaluate efficiency, accuracy, and productivity of all office staff in collaboration with the Administrator, FAB, and requirements set forth by Medicaid and MedicareEvaluate accuracy of billing under Medicaid and Medicare guidelines set forth by state and federal governmentIdentify areas of concern and produce plan of correctionProvide educational training and hands on support as requiredMonitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the accounts receivable process and makes recommendations for improvement when applicableMonitor cost reporting data, ensure data is accurate and completed in a timely fashionEvaluate and address issues of poor performance with the Administrator, Business Office Manager, and other business office personnelWhat you Need to make a Difference Bachelors Degree in Accounting or related field or combination of education and experienceMinimum of three (3) years experience in accounts receivable; long term care preferredKnowledge and experience with long term care accounts receivable practicesWorking knowledge of long-term care regulations, as well as knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid (including other third-party insurance companies) billing practicesGood mathematical abilities, including calculating rates and percentagesEffective verbal and written English communication skillsDemonstrated intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook, Internet and Intranet navigationHighest level of professionalism with the ability to maintain confidentialityJoin our TEAM!
