Regional DirectorRole SummaryOur client seeks a Regional Manager to join their rapidly growing logistics company. The ideal candidate excels at problem-solving and demonstrates the ability to create, develop, and implement best practices to drive efficiency and accuracy. They have managed multiple warehouses previously and have experience supervising managers. This is a strategic leadership role in the multicarrier distribution industry, emphasizing same-day and next-day delivery services.Key Results AreaManage the budget and operational efficiencies across your assigned region; designing, tracking, and executing warehouse KPIs to adhere to budgets and operational effectivenessSupervise and support a group of supervisors and their teams while standardizing best practices across the regionDevelop and lead projects needed to address issues within your regionSupervise warehouse staff, providing training and support to ensure adherence to safety protocols and operational efficiencyFoster a positive team environment focused on collaboration and accountabilityFoster a positive work culture that encourages professional growth and high performance.Identify and nurture talent within the team, providing opportunities for advancement and skill development.Develop and implement operational strategies to improve productivity and service quality.Monitor and manage budgets, resources, and schedules to meet company objectivesSkills & QualificationsA diploma or GED is required; a bachelor's degree in a related industry is preferredFive (5) years of management experience; or an equivalent combination of related experience and educationStrong background in distribution including business-to-business and business-to-customerPrevious experience working in the shipping and mailing industry is preferredStrong knowledge of technology in the logistics fieldA passion for fostering a positive work environment and helping team members achieve their full potential.Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail.Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skillsAdvatix®, Inc. is one of the world's leading providers of e-commerce Supply Chain and Logistics Consulting Services and Solutions that enable its clients to transform their operations for speed, service, and cost of fulfillment and delivery of goods and services.
