Position Summary:Are you a visionary leader with a passion for the restaurant industry? This role offers a unique opportunity to lead multiple locations, mentor top talent, and drive operational excellence across the region. You'll play a key role in shaping our brand's future while ensuring our guests receive the outstanding service and quality they've come to expect from RHG.
Key Responsibilities: - Operational Leadership: Provide direction and support to restaurant managers to ensure all locations operate efficiently, maintain quality standards, and achieve financial targets.
- Performance Management: Monitor and evaluate the performance of restaurant managers and their teams. Provide coaching, feedback, and development opportunities to enhance skills and performance.
- Financial Oversight: Review and analyze financial statements to identify areas for improvement. Develop and implement action plans to increase profitability and control costs. Build sales and be proactive and innovative about doing it.
- Brand Standards: Ensure that all locations adhere to company policies, procedures, and brand standards. Conduct regular audits and inspections to maintain consistency and quality.
- Guest Experience: Foster a culture of excellence in hospitality & service. Address guest concerns promptly and ensure that all locations deliver an exceptional dining experience. Manage service and always keep the service at a high level on a consistent basis.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute strategic initiatives that drive growth and operational efficiency within the region.
- Talent Development: Identify and mentor high-potential team members for future leadership roles. Lead recruitment efforts for management positions within the region.
- Compliance: Ensure all locations comply with local, state, and federal regulations, including health and safety standards, labor laws, and food safety requirements.
- Crisis Management: Respond to emergencies and crises within the region, ensuring appropriate actions are taken to resolve issues and minimize impact.
Qualifications: - Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of multi-unit management experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry, with a proven track record of operational success.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field preferred.
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
- Financial Acumen: Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, and cost management.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on results.
- Flexibility: Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
- Travel: Willingness to travel within the region as required.
