Job Description :

As the Regional Director of Field Operations, you will lead and oversee the operational success of 20-50 dental offices, ensuring efficiency, team engagement, and exceptional patient care. This role requires you to be based in the New York Metro Area, with travel to practices at least four days per week. You will work closely with leadership and office teams to enhance operational processes, strengthen training programs, and drive a culture of excellence in patient experience.

Hourly rates start at $30 / hour. Candidates with meaningful experience can earn higher compensation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the onboarding and integration process for new team members, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive training programs to equip staff with the necessary skills and knowledge.
  • Provide ongoing coaching, mentorship, and professional development for employees across multiple locations.
  • Monitor and manage patient interactions and service delivery to uphold the highest standards of care and hospitality.
  • Support, coach, and guide teams in handling escalations, reinforcing key operational tasks, and enhancing patient experiences.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership and office management to optimize operational efficiency and streamline workflows.
  • Regularly review and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement strategic action plans.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on patient care, employee engagement, and operational processes.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • 5-7 years of multi-site dental operations leadership experience, overseeing 20-50 locations.
  • Proven track record of leading large teams, coaching managers, and driving operational excellence.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret KPIs and implement data-driven improvements.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills at all levels of the organization.
