Job Description :

GRN Lincoln Square is conducting a search for a Regional Director of Operations for a fast-growing regional provider of ABA Therapy in the Northeast. Their mission is to provide personalized autism services in Centers/Clinics, In-Home and in local communities to children up to 18 years old.

The Regional Director of Operations (RDO) provides operational and people leadership to their Clinical Directors and support their region's BCBAs and RBTs. RDOs are responsible for driving successful clinical and operational outcomes. They will build relationships with team members and clients to provide effective guidance and motivation to achieve clinic goals. This position reports to the COO, is remote/home-based and requires travel to the clinics (10-12) in the region, which is in the Northeast PA/Northern NJ area. The region requires travel to clinics 1-2 days/week.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day regional operations by managing team member utilization to ensure clinical capacity and positive client outcomes are met.
  • Manage administrative operations and local team members (Clinical Directors & Office Managers).
  • Establish positive team culture to retain team members.
  • Monitor productivity and hold the teams professionally accountable to goals.
  • Report out the weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance of their region.
  • Monitor each clinic's financial metrics and analyze results, while adjusting if necessary, to ensure all budget goals are achieved.
  • Strategize with support center team members to facilitate clinic and market growth.
  • Participate in the yearly budgeting process and monthly P&L reviews with executive leadership.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, labor laws, and other federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Travel to each clinic in the region regularly to provide in-person support.
  • Promote positive and appropriate interactions with clients and their families.
  • Ensure highest quality client care to meet company standards.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in Multi-Site Healthcare Operations, with progressive leadership responsibilities.
  • Bachelor's Degree is required. Master's degree is preferred.
  • BCBA certifications/ABA industry experience is ideal, but not required.
  • Financial experience in annual budgeting
  • Use of Analytics/metrics to analyze and drive performance.
  • History of building relationships and coaching teams.
  • Strong communication, written, and presentation skills.
  • Experience in a high-growth, private equity environment is helpful.
