Full Job Description Seeking an energetic, Mission-focused sales leader with a drive to excel. You'll drive the sales culture and results for Assisted Living and Independet Living communities, through out Ohio leading a team of seasoned professionals who believe in the value of what they do. Responsibilities Sets performance expectations and benchmarks and provides sales guidance for community sales teams to ensure that budgeted occupancy is met and exceeded. Trains new sales associates and provides ongoing training for all. Regularly measures performance of the sales teams through reports and identifies areas and issues that are impeding sales. Ensures community sales teams are deploying strategies for sales and community outreach that address residential and assisted living, and supporting skilled nursing as census requires. Tours communities regularly to identify areas of improvement in the physical plant, operations, and pricing, and makes recommendations to leadership team to address. Periodically attends community marketing events, audits sales calls, and other outreach efforts to identify areas of opportunity for improvement. Works in alignment with Aventura's Sr. Director of Corporate Marketing and Public Relations' Annual Events & Marketing Plan, supporting proactive planning of marketing needs, outreach, and tactics for residential and assisted living. Supports sales teams and Sr. Director of Corporate Marketing and Public Relations in developing annual sales/marketing budget. Reviews and assesses policies and processes that impact sales to move-in and look for opportunities to streamline and improve. Stays abreast of industry sales and marketing trends that impact occupancy. Experience Minimum of 5 years direct Sales and Marketing experience; multi-site experience is preferred
