Titan Hotel Group is a growing management company seeking qualified candidates for the position of Regional Director of Sales within our organization.

Primary Objective of Position:

To increase the revenue within our hotels, within their individual markets to reach their budgets. To support the Sales Teams in assigned hotels to reach their goals. To maintain strong relationships with the sales departments and help them enhance already existing business opportunities with Corporations, Travel Agencies/Associations and Consortia's, as well as develop new ones. To promote and meet sales targets within our company and maximize market penetration in all assigned markets.

Essential Functions:

  • To help to achieve and exceed the budgeted targets of assigned hotels.
  • Focusing sales to our hotels.
  • Development of Sales and Marketing action plans for task force hotels and implementation.
  • Finding new business opportunities and assist with increasing sales within our properties through sales team development.
  • To help develop and implement a well-defined and focused promotion plan with specific activities for each of the markets where our hotels are located.
  • To attend specific industry & clients' events as well as trade shows and personalized sales calls alongside our Sales Team and help develop their skills.
  • To assist in PR activities.
  • To support all our sales activities and promotions.
  • To promote Titan Hotel Group and our hotels to travel agencies.
  • To cultivate relationships between sister properties and ensure business leads are staying within the Titan family of hotels.
  • To maintain strong working relationships with the travel agencies and consortia, through the Sales Team or directly and to support the activities of any member of the sales team when required.
  • To be updated and informed about all relevant information about the hotels, the latest product news, priority of sales, relevant changes in the market, changes of strategies, etc.
  • To maintain strong working relationships with all Salespeople within our hotels, ensuring prompt, informative replies to inquiries, quality lead generation and to provide thorough details on qualified accounts uncovered.
  • Sales Productivity
  • Maintain a sense of urgency to drive revenue within our sales departments.
  • Management-level associates are expected to work as much of each workday as is necessary to complete their job responsibilities.
  • Travel: 60-70% with some overnight stays required.
  • Travel between hotels, including the possibility of multi-night stays for task force properties.
  • Ensure our properties meet or exceed personal and team revenue consumed and revenue budget, booking and activity goals as outlined in the Weekly Sales Activity Reports, monthly and cumulative throughout the year.
  • Prepare and submit on a timely basis all required weekly and monthly reports to the Vice President of Sales and Marketing and Titan Hotel Group Leadership team.
  • Assist Vice President of Sales, National Sales Manager, Regional Directors of Operations and the President as requested.
  • Participate in special assignments, hotel openings and property takeovers as requested.
  • Knowledge and Skills:

    Education: Bachelor's degree (Preferred); high school diploma or equivalent education/experience (Required).

    Experience: Sales: 5 years (Required)

    Management: 2 years (Preferred)

    Experience and knowledge of general marketing principles and concepts within the hospitality environment (Required)

    Knowledge of FOSSE, MARSHA, STS, OnQ/PEP and R&I (Preferred)

    Basic Expectations:
